Every time I jump on your site to read the interesting items that you like to distribute I always take an interest in the photo you have of yourself, infact I’ve shown my wife and we both agree it is a more interesting version of the character that Ed Harris (Christoph) played in the movie, “The Trueman Show”, with the closing comment of, “bold, over weight guy with small knockers”. This typifies the intellect humour that I have enjoyed over the years whilst working with you. I could talk about your love for technology, but that would be too obvious, or your love for cricket, to the point where you would organise those social cricket matches that would bring in the masses and at the BBQ introduce the “Wog Dog”, (which is the continental sausage in a roll with gourmet sauce) to the point where the normal snag was no longer palatable. The other item that springs to mind most of all is your admiration for Kiwi/Aussie actor Russell “Rusty” Crowe & one of the few people (his mother being one of those) that can actually recite the words to one of his songs, infact the band was about as influential as “Lepa Brena” on the Pop music charts, but you (Ivan) went out of your way to learn it. Infact, it will be of no surprise to me if you were to form a cover band called “Gladiator” (Russell Crowe tribute band), playing to hoards of drunken Maori’s in some pub (called “Bro town”), where there are no bouncers, as they are all drinking there.
