The Ultimate VoIP Offer?
I recently got spammed by Vixtel, a new startup in the VOIP arena, whose "incredible offer" seemed to indiscriminately extend to anybody who loves a good bargain:

If you were to get no reply to two emails where you ask them for an explanation of just how you managed to get on their mailing list without subscribing, what conclusions would you make about their customer service?
If you were to see only three posts on their Twitter account since it was created a month ago, what conclusions would you make about their brand integrity?
This is not a good start fellas. Not a good start at all.
