Sensis: from bad to worse
A few days ago the folks over at the SMH Mashup Blog asked "does whitepages search suck?". The overwhelming reply was along the lines of "yes, it does suck".
As a result of my own contribution to the discussion, Sensis invited me to participate in their "help us to improve" program:

However, once I pointed my browser to the link provided, I was rewarded with this:

Things are going from bad to worse at Sensis.
Irrelevant and missing websites in their search engine results pages, exceptionally poor communication skills and inadequate system testing before publishing are just my own experiences.
Now we can add bogus pages to the list. And they have the audacity to state that their volunteer initiative will help keep their website "relevant and comprehensive". I think we have plenty of evidence to prove the duplicity of that claim.
