Pricenoia

If you've ever bought any books (or other stuff) from Amazon, you might find Pricenoia a useful service. According to their website:

"Pricenoia is a disorder characterized by the systematic verification of international sites when ordering from Amazon."

Translated into a more practical definition, these people offer a real-time price comparison facility for most things Amazon sell from their various international stores, irrespective where you live. The main benefit of using their service is based on the premise that the main Amazon website in the US is not necessarily going to offer the best deal on every single item. An obvious example of this might be books published by UK, German or French publishers, for instance.

The main features of Pricenoia are:

  • Search for DVSs, music, video games, electronics, computer software and cameras.

  • Simultaneously compare prices from US, UK, Germany, Japan, Canada and France.

  • Product, shipment and total prices are automatically converted to your local currency.

  • Output grid allows sorting by columns, including site and (product, shipping and total) prices.

Bookmark Pricenoia and let their website calculate the best price for you the next time you're looking at purchasing anything from Amazon.
