How not to configure security certificates

This is what happens when you don't know how to configure the security certificate on your website. The folks over at CSA Australia provide a feedback link, which when clicked, rewards the customer with this:

Instead of an online form, like they have the right to expect.

Quite a while ago, I blasted a bunch of our governments websites for their low standards in website design but this is one accessibility flaw which potentially impacts all their customers, not only those with disabilities.
