Coles broken giveway
Coles are currently running a "giant gift card giveway" promotion but this is what happens when you try to register online:
Apparently, the home phone number and mobile phone number are both required, even though they're both marked as not required. Didn't anyone at Coles think to test this relatively straightforward form before they unleashed it on the unsuspecting public?
Oh, and good luck trying to find a way to get in touch with them too. If you follow their suggested links to get to a contact form, you have to:
- click the link to their home page
- click the "contact "us" link
- click the "click here to email us" link
When you finally get there, you'll see a generic form which has its own problems with required fields.
See if you can tell what that problem is.
